StudyTracker is a study timer and progress tracker. You can use it without an account. This policy explains what we store, why, and how to reach us.
Sign-in is optional. The timer, subject list, weekly bars, plan, and calendar work in your browser without creating an account. If you never sign in, we do not create a user profile for you.
The app stores a few things locally in your browser so a session can continue if you refresh the page:
This data stays on your device and works without an account. Clearing site data in your browser deletes it.
You can sign in with Google. We then store:
That information is used only to sync your progress across devices and to show your timer, graph, plan, and calendar. We do not sell it. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use StudyTracker — for example, which pages are visited and where traffic comes from. That helps us improve the product for students looking for a study tracker.
Google AdSense is not currently loaded on StudyTracker, and we do not show ads. If ads are added later, this page will be updated.
Authentication and cloud storage run on Google Firebase. Analytics and any ads run through Google. Their own policies apply to how they process data on their systems.
Account data stays while your account is active. Local timer and theme data stays until you clear it. If you want your account and synced study history deleted, contact us and we will remove it.
StudyTracker is a general study tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
